The Captain runs a tight ship. He ships all orders same business day via USPS. He charges a flat rate of $3.00. If you require a 2-day express order, then upgrade to the $25 shipping option.
All packages are shipped in a discreet plain white box for your confidentiality. There is nothing on the outside of the box that will reveal its contents. We do not display our company name; just our PO Box address for potential returns, due to bad addresses. If a product is returned by the USPS we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
Orders outside the United States will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping, and usually takes 10-20 days.
We cannot be responsible for missing packages lost by your countries mail system. The Captain welcomes international orders, but please check with local laws and customs regarding the importation of the products you want to order.
Standard Return Policy
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for 100% money back guarantee, excluding shipping and handling costs. Should a product arrive damaged, or we made an error and it cannot be remedied with replacements, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return our product for your money back you are required to pay for all shipping costs.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging or additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please contact the Captain.
